Ordered iced latte and sei. Like it. I like its cozy ambience and slow music selections too. Unfortunately their staff let other customers smoking inside its air-conditioned room.

Serving various kind of coffee-related drinks with standard taste. Fairly priced and quick service. The place is quite cozy for casual meeting and hangout….

Worst experience ever: this establishment ripped me off of my Rp164.000.

I came here on October 9 with a couple of friends, bought drinks amounting to Rp82.000, which I paid with my debit card. They told me my card’s got rejected, then they tried again, told me it was rejected again.

It turned out the problem was their terminal’s out of paper!

But my card’s already gotten charged twice. Rugi banget gue. I’ve waited for them to reach me out for resolution, but I never heard anything from them. At all.

And therefore I had to give them a call—on my initiative, mind you—almost 5 days later, on October 14. They told me they were still calling the bank for transaction details. Dude, it’s been 5 days! And this issue is still unresolved til now.

Extremely disappointing customer service. At least their White Hazel is good. That’s what the one star is for, I guess.

This is a small nice coffee shop. You can feel the cozy atmosphere and the good taste of coffee.

This place accepts credit card, debit card, OVO and GO-PAY payment.

Cozy place, yap maybe the room is bit small but have a good ambiance. And the price is good to

A good meet up place in melawai raya. Comfy for a short meeting. And good coffee too 🙂
